Additional Coloring Tips
1Moon phase row
Color the lit portion of each phase in silver-white and the shadowed portion in darker gray. Leave a slight curved boundary between them rather than a hard edge.
2Central moon craters
Color each large oval slightly darker than the moon body, then add a thin lighter rim at the upper edge of each crater to suggest the lit crater wall.
3Book stand
The overlapping wooden sections look best with a lighter brown on top-facing surfaces and a darker tone on the undersides to suggest simple depth.
