How to color Jolly Lilo (with suggested palette)

Additional Coloring Tips
1Feather leaves
Fill each feather leaf segment by segment from the tip downward, alternating between a medium and slightly darker green so each section reads as separate.
2Dress patterns
Color the dress coral red first and let it dry before adding pale yellow to the leaf shapes on top so the pattern stays crisp.
3Lilo's expression
The nearly-closed laughing eyes are two curved arches — leave them white with just a thin black line for the lash so the happy squint reads clearly.
