How to color Turkey with Pumpkins (with suggested palette)
Colors that work well together — tap any swatch to copy its hex.
Color the turkey first, body and head before the fanned feathers, then shade the wing layers one at a time. Do the three pumpkins next, and leave the fence and hay bale until the end so the background stays behind the bird. Tap any color below to copy its HEX code.
Additional Coloring Tips
1Wing layers
Darken each wing layer a little more than the one above it so the feathers stack instead of merging.
2Tail feathers
Alternate gold and chestnut across the seven feathers to keep the fan from reading as one solid block.
3Pumpkins
Shade the ribs at the outside edges of each pumpkin deeper than the middle to round them out.
