Start with Sonic's body, working from the quills down through the face, torso, and hands. Then move to the Chaos Emeralds one at a time, picking a distinct color for each. Leave each emerald's inner facets for last so you can shade lighter tones on top of the base color. Tap any color below to copy its HEX code.

Additional Coloring Tips

1Chaos Emerald facets

Color each emerald a solid base first, then add a lighter shade to the flat center facet so the gem looks like it catches light.

2Super Sonic's quills

Color the upward-pointing quills a rich gold, then add a warm amber along the thick lower edge of each quill for shadow.

3Emerald variety

Assign each of the six visible emeralds a different color so they stand out from each other as distinct, individual gems.
