Reindeer Coloring Pages

Santa's classic sleigh team is the star of this set of reindeer coloring pages. They are joined by cute baby reindeer in jingle-bell collars and realistic deer/caribou-style designs in snowy landscapes. The collection includes cartoon outlines that are easy to draw, as well as detailed studies of antlers for older kids and adults who want more intricate work.

Each page prints cleanly on US Letter or A4 and is built for the holiday rush — quiet afternoons before Christmas, classroom advent activities, or a calm corner at a holiday party. Pick a favorite, hit print, and start with that famous red nose.

Cute Baby Reindeer Medium 7

A baby reindeer sits down with enormous eyes and tiny antler nubs, framed by small leafy plants on each side. Color the body warm tan with cream spots, and fill the large eyes with amber brown and a dark pupil. The oversized head and expressive face make this one of the most endearing pages in the collection.

Proud Reindeer Easy 5

A handsome deer stands tall in profile, its branching antlers filling the top of the page. Color the body in warm brown and the muzzle in softer cream, with dark brown or black for the hooves. The clean, empty background keeps all the focus on the deer.

Young Reindeer Walking Easy 2

A young deer steps through the grass with a cheerful smile and tiny antler nubs just starting to grow. Color the body warm tan with a lighter muzzle, and use soft green for the rounded bushes and grass tufts in the background. The simple, rounded shapes make this a great first deer page.

Jolly Deer Medium 1

A cheerful deer prances with its front leg kicked up, mouth open in a wide grin. Color the body warm tan with deep brown antlers, and try blue or purple for the curling swirl shapes behind it. A rounded bush at the lower left adds a touch of green to balance the scene.

Sweet Little Reindeer with Snowflake Easy 1

A round little reindeer with a big red nose stands wrapped in a striped scarf, a large snowflake floating above. Majestic Reindeer Easy

A sleek deer stands in profile with a graceful rack of antlers, drawn in clean, minimal lines. Color the body in warm brown tones, keeping the large open areas loose and confident for a wildlife art feel. The empty background is yours to fill or leave plain white.

Fun things to do with your Reindeer coloring pages

Name your own sleigh team

Santa has nine reindeer - Dasher, Dancer, Prancer, Vixen, Comet, Cupid, Donner, Blitzen, and Rudolph. Color nine pages, then give each one its own personality and special talent, and pin them up in flying order on a bedroom wall.

Build a flying sleigh display

Use colored paper to cut out reindeer shapes. Then, attach each reindeer to a popsicle stick. Finally, line the sticks up in front of a paper sleigh. Use fishing line to hang the formation from a doorway so it looks like the team is flying.

Make reindeer tree ornaments

Print a smaller version of your favorite reindeer onto thick paper, color it in, then punch a hole at the top and thread red or green ribbon through. Hang Rudolph and the rest of the team on the Christmas tree.

Set the Christmas Eve table

Draw a picture of a reindeer with antlers, a sleigh bell, and a snowy ground. Then, put the picture in a plastic sleeve to use as a placemat. Make one for each person you're inviting, so the dinner table feels festive on Christmas Eve.

Red-nosed reindeer card

Cut out your favorite red-nosed reindeer page, glue a red pom-pom or button for his nose, and then attach him to some folded card stock. Add a handwritten note, and you have a personalized Christmas card.

Practice realistic antler shading

The realistic caribou pages are designed for older kids and adults who are working on technique. They feature layered browns for the coat, soft greys around the rump, and dark velvet tones along the antlers. Have a photo of the animal nearby to use as a reference.

Run a classroom advent herd

Put a blank winter scene on the classroom wall and add one colored reindeer each school day in December. By the last day before break, the herd is complete and the class has built a giant holiday mural together.

Play a reindeer story game

Cut out small circles of paper in the shape of reindeer heads. Color each circle differently, and then turn them face-down in a pile. Players take turns saying one sentence and adding another to a Christmas Eve story — silly, magical, or a little spooky.
