Mayor Humdinger runs Foggy Bottom and spends most of his time scheming against the pups in PAW Patrol, usually with a Kitten Catastrophe Crew cat close by. Every good show needs one. If your kid wants the heroes instead, the Mighty Pups team page is the obvious next print.
