How to color Fortune Cookie with a Paper Slip (with suggested palette)
Colors that work well together — tap any swatch to copy its hex.
Color the main curved body of the cookie first in one smooth pass from left to right. Then darken the two oval ends so the cookie looks folded and hollow. Leave the paper slip until last, and keep it white or very pale so it stands apart from the cookie. Tap any color below to copy its HEX code.
Additional Coloring Tips
1Center pinch
Press harder with toasted edge in the deep V at the middle so the fold looks pressed together.
2Open ends
Fill both oval ends in deep amber, a clear step darker than the body, to suggest a hollow inside.
3Paper slip
Leave the slip white and write a real fortune on it in fine black pen once everything is dry.
