How to color Bee Sleeping on a Leaf (with suggested palette)
Colors that work well together — tap any swatch to copy its hex.
Color the leaf first, working from the outer edge in toward the center vein so the green stays smooth. Then fill the bee's body bands, then the wing. Finish with the closed eyes and the three sleep curls up top. Tap any color below to copy its HEX code.
Additional Coloring Tips
1Leaf veins
Color each section of the leaf a slightly different green so the veins show without needing dark lines.
2Sleep curls
Keep the three curls pale, they should look like a whisper rather than part of the drawing.
3Closed eyes
Leave the two curved eyelids as clean black lines, coloring around them keeps the sleepy look.
